3.1 The “Core Performance” Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our kitchen tech. If your product does not function according to its specifications, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Eligibility & Inspection
- Hard Goods: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories (cables, manuals, attachments) included.
- Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, products that have been used to process food (e.g., used blenders or air fryers) cannot be returned unless a mechanical defect is proven.
- Electrical Defects: If an appliance fails to power on or shows a technical fault out of the box, it is eligible for an immediate priority replacement.
3.3 The Warranty Protocol
Many of our “Culina Core” signature items come with a 1-year Limited Warranty. This covers internal motor failures or circuit malfunctions under normal domestic use.
3.4 Refund Execution
Once the technical team inspects the returned item, refunds are issued within 7-10 business days via bank transfer or original payment method.
